Application options
Seeds, bulbs or cuttings treatment– Apply MyConnect™ at a ratio of 30% w/w, just prior to planting time. Mix the MyConnect™ powder evenly with seeds/bulbs/cuttings in any suitable container.
Mixing into growth substrates – Gradually dilute the desired amount of MyConnect™ in room temperature tap water, using a whisker and respecting a 1:50-100 v/v ratio (depending on the desired moisture level of the substrate). Blend the liquid dilution in the growth substrate, while mixing until homogeneous. Generally, 500 ml (2 cups) of MyConnect™ can treat up to 3 m3 (4 yd3) of growth substrate.
Incorporation in transplant water – Gradually dilute MyConnect™ in room temperature tap water, respecting a 1:60 v/v ratio, and mix thoroughly using a whisker. Make sure to remove any aggregates that may have formed (using a strainer if necessary). Remove filters and use nozzles with a minimum of 2 mm (10 mesh) openings to avoid clogging. Apply approximately 10 ml (2 teaspoons) of diluted product (liquid solution) per plant, directly on the sides/bottom of the planting hole. Don’t let the product settle at the bottom of the spraying container and mix regularly. Generally, 500 ml (2 cups) of MyConnect™ can treat up to 3000 plants. NOTE: If the dilution is too thick, add more water until the desired consistency is achieved.
Plantlet transplants (Root or plug dipping) – Gradually dilute the product in room temperature tap water, respecting a 1: 30 to 40 v/v ratio, while mixing with a whisker, until a honey/syrup-like consistency is achieved (the solution can take up to a minute to thicken up completely). Dip the roots into the liquid prior to planting. Alternatively: Coat the root plugs or bare roots with MyConnect™ powder, just prior to planting. A quick dip of the roots (in the non-diluted powder) will be sufficient to efficiently inoculate the plants. Generally, with both methods, 500 ml (2 cups) of MyConnect™ can treat up to 3000 plants.
